Deal Proof - reads your complex documents, makes sure they are consistent, and even makes it easy to check cases and citations on Westlaw or Lexis. This program is rather expensive, especially for a small law department, but if you regularly deal with large and/or complex documents, this program will probably be a good investment. Ask you outside counsel if they are using this kind of a program. It's probably more accurate and certainly far less costly than having associates proofread your documents. More info.
