CaseTrack CaseTrack for Windows has been around for a long time - and it still looks very similar to the way it's looked for a long time. It is clearly more of a place to keep basic information about matters than a true practice management system. It does what corporate matter management systems used to do, but most of the others have evolved to take advantage of current technology and to become more of a true practice management system. CaseTrack probably does what it does quite well, but it's a limited product, does not appear to offer true integration with other systems, and it's looking dated. CaseTrack claims to be a simple and easy-to-use product. That's probably true, but it's primarily because its functionality is limited. That might be fine if it were inexpensive, but it's a fairly expensive product. If CaseTrack does everything your department needs, take a look at it. But don't stop your search there.
